Ce face ca infuzia de ceai negru Darjeeling sa fie atat de speciala? In primul rand faptul ca este cultivat numai in zonele din districtul Darjeeling, in Bengalul de Vest, India. Doar ceaiul negru care provine din aceasta zona poate fi numit astfel. Te invitam la o ceasca de Darjeeling FTGFOP First flush, un sortiment de calitate premium ce prezinta o infuzie cu totul deosebita, demna de o sampanie a ceaiurilor, asa cum este supranumit acest sortiment de ceai. In prezent, ceaiul negru Darjeeling este recunoscut ca fiind unul dintre cele mai scumpe si mai fine ceaiuri din lume, datorita aromei sale desavarsite, ce nu poate fi reprodusa. Buchetul unic al acestui ceai este rezultatul conditiilor naturale caracteristice zonei Darjeeling: se cultiva la o altitudine de 750-2000 m, intr-un climat rece si umed, in soluri ce se bucura de drenaj natural, in care alterneaza ploile intermitente, soarele si ceata. Ingrediente: ceai negru selectionat, cu aroma revigoranta. Tara de provenienta a ingredientului principal: India. Produs in UE. Merge cu: branza, miel, prajituri. Recomandari de servire: Intrucat ceaiul negru are un gust mai puternic, poti adauga in ceai o cantitate foarte mica de lapte. Mod de Preparare: Pentru prepararea unei cesti de ceai, adaugati apa fierbinte ( 100°C) peste o lingurita cu ceai (aproximativ 2 gr) si lasati la infuzat timp de 3 minute.
